“I keep getting a different igniter where it plugs in the stove. I sent pictures but they say you don’t have the one I have. How is that possible. Not happy about this.”
“Love this thing for the most part. Have found that certain pellets work better( hardwood) but sometimes we can’t find them. Some brands ash up and cause other issues. The igniter went out after a months use but easy replacement job and customer service was quick to send new one. So far troubleshooting section of instructions have solved any issues. This warms up our whole upstairs very quickly. Probably 1500 sq feet. We’ve had this since January in Kansas during a mild winter.”
