They immediately knew that I had a defective power switch and sent me a new one right away. I put the new switch in, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. The only thing better would have been if the switch wasn't defective in the first place, but it's nice to know that ComfortBilt customer service is highly effective.”

“There is a very logical reason why I purchased a comfortbilt stove. Their customer service is second to none. My stove shut down and wouldn't restart after troubleshooting. The power switch was bad. There was a run of faulty switches and mine slipped through the cracks. When it's -10 out I rely on my stove. The guys in customer service overnighted a switch to me. Less than 24hrs and I was up and running. I've called numerous times with all kinds of questions. They always have an answer for me. Whithout making me feel bothersome. Service like this is hard to find.”
