“I have had my comfortbilt pellet stove for about two years. I have replaced the main power switch 2 times and replaced igniter 4 times. At the price I paid for parts and can run my gas furnace just as cheap”
“The stove has worked well. Only problem was some of the parts, auger bearings, main power switch and the burn pot went out and had to be replaced. ComfortBilts was very responsive to the failed parts and sent me replacement quickly. Company is great to work with. Of course the pellet hopper opening is too small. but you figure out how to use it. Hoping it will last for several years. My old Canadian built stove lasted me for over 12 years. Only problem I had with it was the igniters didn't last long. This stove's igniter so far so good.”
“While I am concerned by the fact that the switch failed with less than three months use, I am pleased with the response from comfortbilt. They promptly sent out a new switch and refunded my cost. Additionally, my burn pot has developed a spiderweb crack in the bottom. I sent pictures to Comfortbilt and they immediately sent out a replacement. In conclusion, Comfortbilt has excellent customer service... unfortunately I've had more problems in 6 months with their stove than I did with my Breckwell over 12 years.”
