“I purchased the insert from ComfortBilt and when the unit came in it was freight damaged. I notified ComfortBilt and they were very courteous and sent the parts that were damaged along with some paint to touch up the scratched parts. Once I received the parts and repaired the unit a friend and I were able to install the unit in about half of a day. Very simple and looks very good once installed. I cannot say how the unit works yet since it is still summertime. Very confident that the unit will work properly and if not I know that ComfortBilt will be there to help with what I need.”
