“After many discussions with the tech people they determined that it was the vacuum switch. It wasn't so after speaking with the lead person on the phone we now have the stove on manual and turn it on and off a few times a day. I will pursue the problem with the stove at a later date , when I have time to get into it again. I will be in touch in the future and hopefully we can get it going right again.

“Dealing with comfortbilt is always a pleasure The switch worked good I fixed the pellet stove which I love The reason for the three star only review is there warranty company I reached out to them manytimes when this switch failed I even told them what the part was, their system keeps kicking you off the reply aspect so they don't get your messages so you have to start over every time trying to communicate with them I finally gave up bought the part myself and fixed it myself so the only thing I say is let's fix that warranty part gentleman you have a great company and a great product thanks”
