Product Details When used at Maximum Strength, a single bag of Corte*Clean® will clean approximately 300 Square Feet with two (2) repeat applications. Maximum strength of 4 to 5 Scoops of Corte*Clean powder per gallon of water is for cleaning composites of mold stains (black spots) or other difficult to remove stains. Composites with deep stains generally require additional applications. Failure to thoroughly Corte*Clean® composites generally results in stains returning when composites receive moisture. “I have just ordered Corte Clean for this years cleanings. We have been using this product for years, twice yearly, to clean mold. We wait till after the pollin is done. We then do it again in the fall. It doesn't take very long. Make sure you have the right pump sprayer that doesn't clog.”

Thank you for the review! We couldn't agree with you more! The "right pump sprayer", designed for powdered cleaning products, with a filtration device, like Corte Clean, that "doesn't clog" is key for those that have neglected or not previously used Corte Clean to clean their composite deck because of the need to use it at the higher strength of 4 to 5 scoops per gallon of water. You don't need one if you proactively use Corte Clean at the "up to 2.5 scoops for routine cleaning" when you "Use Corte Clean at least twice yearly, spring & fall, or when stains appear", as it throughly disolves, especially in warm water. Save yourself time and money.

“I have a deck and live in an area known for mold. I get mold on my composite decking and green growth on my white PVC railings. Corte Clean melts away the stains. The only time Corte Clean has failed me is when it has been not fresh and out of date! I tried another product that costs a lot less. I just ordered Corte Clean when this product failed and won't be wasting any more time & money.”

“We have a 1,500 to 2,000 Sq. Ft. ChoiceDeck Classic installed approximately 15 years ago that had never been cleaned in very wet Akron, OH. All kinds of stains, including Mold & Mildew along with green linchen and/or moss. I called Corte Clean to find out where I could locally purchase Corte Clean. They suggested Heartville Hardware, where we purchased the product. We purchased all the necessary equipment and read and followed the Corte Clean label directions. After cleaning the deck, we had a party and our guests complimented us on the cleanliness of our deck.”

“I have been using Corte Clean to clean my Fiberon deck for the past 8 years, spring and fall to clean black mold stians, except for last spring. Last spring, the local retailer sold me another product and told me it was the same thing. It didn't work. I then again used Corte Clean and it worked. I called Corte Clean to see who had it near me and it turns out Strosniders is again stocking Corte Clean. I am headed over to pick it up today.”

“We get the same stains as everyone else caused by routine moisture. The green fuzz, black spots, etc. Corte Clean does the trick, that is why I have just re-ordered again this year. Monarch is no longer in business, but those that have these decks, should know about this cleaning product.”

“We had our large TimberTech deck installed 4 years ago here in Indiana. They recommended Corte Clean to clean it. We couldn't be happier. We clean our deck twice per year, spring and fall as TimberTech and Corte Clean recommend to clean off mold spots, lief stains and whatever the 8 grandkids manage to get all over it. We like TimberTech so much that we recommended it to my daughter, which she is currently installing. I'm sure she will need Corte Clean when it gets dirty so we just re-ordered .”

“We have a large expensive composite deck which gets really dirty. We have tried all products available locally through retailers and box stores. None worked. We then tried Corte Clean. It made our deck look new. We have ordered again this year.”
