“Atrafen disappointed me on so many levels, since the manufacturers failed to include effective ingredients in the supplement. In fact, I’m sure that the caffeine is probably the best ingredient it contains, since the temporary boost alertness I felt was as a result of that. No other ingredient did anything worthwhile. It is also supposed to help reduce your appetite, but I actually felt like it had the opposite effect on me and I was eating more. Of course, this did not help my weight loss goals and in the end things are the exact same like if I never drank it.”
