“I ordered the anti-aging face and eye cream on December 14, 2019 with a guarantee delivery time no later then December 20, 2019. To date I have not received my order and the company like myself are not able to track the shipment. I called the company initially on December 16, 2019 after reading a review about this company and that the BBB is investigating them as they are charging people for items not purchased and they have falsified celebrity endorsements and inquired why my order was just shipped mere minutes after my first complaint (of course no explanation was provided). The person who I made the commit to stated that he could offer me a better rate. When I called today to state that I had not received the above items, I enquired about the cost of the items as same is not stated on there website. When I heard of the cost I told them to cancel any further shipments and I enquired about the better rate that was initially offered to myself. I was told since I cancelled any further orders I was not entitled to the 50% discount. (FOR ANY FURTHER READERS PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A 50% DISCOUNT).”
