“I used as directed... and upon rinsing, my gums became RED, big red spots in my gums, irritated!!! they were red a couple of days. I used twice, and I noticed a very little difference in my teeth - however I was afraid about my gums!! It is a very "messy" product, a soft black powder that it can be spread all over if you are not very careful. I won't recommend this product to a friend. I will return it!! There are other healthy alternatives that doesn't irritate the gums.”
