“I was a competitive marathon runner but had to stop because of the impact it is having on my joints. I purchased osteo- bi-flex because it seemed like a well-established brand, and I’m not very impressed by it so far. I think there are actually better versions of the product, but you need to be careful about which one you’re purchasing. I believe I purchased the weakest one of the bunch, and as you would expect it hasn’t done that much for me. Meanwhile, the pain in my knees is still very present -they feel tender when walking up stairs or when trying to get up, for now I need something that works.”
