“I am so disapointed by this brand. I bought a trial and paid for transportation. After 14 days, if you dont cancel, they charge your credit card for the product and then monthly. They dont send you any notification by email. They just charge you. They are refusing to reimbursed my credit card... I had this girl Holly on the phone telling me: you should have read the term and condition, making it super difficult to send back the product (at my charge). after we charge your credit card????.... HOW COME WE DONT RECEVED ANY EMAILS before you are sending out another product. This is pratically illegal. Very bad service and product. BTW... it's the first bad review I give a company... but I am so mad right now. I cant stand a company working that way.”
