“Red velvet is gross, Stick to vanilla or chocolate flavor...... I have been using this protein for the last nine months and I love as it is low fat. It worked with both water and almond milk and it tastes excellent in both. I usually buy this protein powder all the time with chocolate and vanilla and I love the flavor. But, when I decided to try the Red Velvet and it’s not good. It tastes like something chalky flavored protein shake.”
