There are a couple of reasons why this may be happening: (1) you may have applied the strip by swiping across it rather than pressing and holding, the more you press the more it blends with the skin tone (2) the skin may not be fully dry or clean (no oils, makeups, or moisturizers) when applying the strip! We recommend using our Eyelid Prep Pads to prepare the skin optimally for LIDS BY DESIGN.
“I have used the prep pads however some of the strips do not adhere and I end up using more than I need. Perhaps some of the strips are old and therefore not effective any more?”

Although the strips are not reusable, you can use one that's been improperly placed over again as a practice strip until you find your perfect placement! Remember they will not be transparent or sticky but you can still find placement with them. When you find your sweet spot, put a fresh one in that location!
