For best results, the correcting strips should apply to the bare skin before any makeup, oils, or moisturizers. We recommend using our Eyelid Prep Pads to prepare the skin for LIDS BY DESIGN. The strip and the skin are two different surfaces, so makeup will inherently take two different ways. To avoid this, use our Transforming Shadow Base over the strip and eyelid to make everything one smooth surface. This base was specially designed to work with the strips as it is oil-free and will not interfere with the adhesive! Make sure the shadow base dries out completely before applying, like 2-4 mins drying time, this allows the shadows to be more pigmented and last all day long.
“I do not want a subscription! I am writing to see if I can get a refund. These stuck to my eyelid and then tore the skin when I tried to remove it. I could not get them placed to where it didn't look like I had a giant piece of tape glued to my lid. Such a waste of money.”

Please know the adhesive is designed to stick, which provides the lift.
The strips should be removed with an oil-based facewash, in the shower, or when washing your face to break the bond with the adhesive.
