“I have tried other eyelid tape products, and they did not stay on my eyelids. This product does stay all day. I even purchased the adhesive thinking that the product would not stay on and I have yet to need the adhesive. Thank you for creating a product that works for someone with a medical condition that creates eyelid spasms. I am hoping you get the color stay pencils soon.”

“I will be 60 in November . My eyelids are not smooth, they have wrinkles in addition to heavy lid from the top. So these absolutely raise your lid, from a distance I love the look . I’ve used all the sizes . But there is no way to hid these lid tapes. They appear very smooth so to me they show up, especially when you are looking down . I’ve tried the primer with eye shadow , no primer , no make up, I can still see them . They may be easier to hid with smooth skin . Also, let’s talk about the tweezers . You get plastic ones with each compact . I’ve had 2 of the 3 I’ve gotten snap and break soon after getting them . So I got the metal ones . The metal ones definitely cause more damage to the lid tape , the plastic ones work better . So overall , I will wear these , probably not on the daily like I had hoped because I’m self conscious people can see them .”

There are a couple of reasons why this may be happening: (1) you may have applied the strip by swiping across it rather than pressing and holding, the more you press the more it blends with the skin tone (2) the skin may not be fully dry or clean (no oils, makeups, or moisturizers) when applying the strip! We recommend using our Eyelid Prep Pads to prepare the skin optimally for LIDS BY DESIGN.
