Thank you for your review I am sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with our strips. I do recommend that you properly prep your eyelids before placing your strips prepping them with the B5 prep pads provides an efficient prep so that your strips can bond properly. “These were a waste of money. I watched all the you tube videos and thought I'd give it a try but it failed all of the claims. Honestly, they show even after pressing the strip down as instructed and that just makes your eyeball hurt. As soon as you use makeup, forget about it, it's even more noticeable. Not worth the money and I will be purchasing the fiber lid tape from amazon.”
“At first difficult to get in place. But with some practice I started with the smaller sizes first. Do they all come as a combo pack or can you get all one size when you find out what works best? I did try the cover-up pencil as well but when I put that on that strip it totally showed and there was no way to hide it so I will be sending that $30 pencil back. I do believe I will buy more it does make a difference in the way your eyes look.”

Thank you for your feedback. You had purchased our discovery kit which has all of our sizes so you could discover your favorite lift. Once you discover your favorite size (which it sounds like you have) you would want to choose that size going forward. I know for me I like the 5mm during the day and 6 or 7 for nights and weekends for a bigger lift.
For the pencil... this pencil is only needed if you want to place shadows on top of the strip. The strip is not porous like the skin so shadows could take 2 different ways unless primed with a non oil base primer. The pencil is not to make it disappear as it should be invisible once bonded.
Since you have the COLORSET please know it is an All-In-One product as it Highlights, Brightens and Contours all using organic based materials such as Coco-glycerides - an organic derivative of a coconut so it’s safe for all over the face, great for lip liner as it will 10X the pigment and keep your color longer.
