“The collection itself was a great opportunity to try the different sizes. However, I tried the item and it was very very hard to peal off my eyelid. I used oil/water/cream to remove it and not tear my skin. It finally came off. I asked to return the product and it became a very difficult process and I would have to pay for the return shipping. They only accept the return and refund your money if the box was not opened. How am I supposed to try the product without opening the box??? I really wanted this product to work...”
