“After repeatedly testing and trying different sizes - and yet still keeping enough optimism alive to try them again on my daughter's wedding day, all I did was make myself look worse. I just turned 59, and hooded eyelids haven't really concerned me until the last couple of years. It took me many attempts to get the correct placement, but by the time I had (as carefully as possible) removed the highly adhesive strip repeatedly, my eyelid skin had stretched even more, so I was not at all happy with the result (prior to makeup). After makeup, hideous.
They tell you that you can wear makeup and that eyelid primer is recommended, but their's was out of stock, so over time, I have bought 3 different brands trying to find one that actually helped the pitiful appearance of wearing eyeshadow with them. After reading reviews and spending $75 on higher and higher end brands, the result was smooth as plastic on the strip, natural as skin on my eyelid, which stuck out like a sore thumb. On the day of my daughter's wedding, over $150 invested in these between the 6mm purchase, the "signature" variety pack purchase in case I had chosen the wrong size, and various primers, my eyelid skin had become so crepe-y that I washed it all off wanting to cry, and went with the baggiest eyelids I've ever had in my life. My advice to anyone considering these is that if you have skin that is just beginning to get crepe-y, these are probably going to hurt you rather than help you. I actually can't believe they aren't stretching everyone's skin out, as the adhesive is very effective. Plus a lot of $$ down the drain if you don't return them in (I believe) 30 days. I bought them ahead of time to give myself time to figure out placement and also in fear of shipping concerns now days. I'd have been fortunate if they had never made it to my doorstep. Fortunately, the wedding was beautiful, and I had a great day once I gave up on having more youthful eyes.”

The assortment pack includes the 6mm size.
In regards to the strips not being transparent it could be an indication that you needed the 3mm, or the 8mm, which are not included in your order.
Our products are medical grade enhanced strip, the strip does not stretch out your skin.
Your order does not include the B5 Prep Pads which is used to exfoliate the eyelids before and after the strips are applied. The Transforming Shadow Base, is specifically designed to use eyeshadow over the strip once it has been applied.

“Unfortunately, these are very noticeable on me. Additionally, unless you have heavily hooded lids I think this variety pack is a waste. All but the smallest size are too big for my eyes so the rest of them will go unused. I also find that lengthwise they are a bit too long for me (maybe I have smaller eyes?). I also bought the Transforming Shadow Base (the Colorset All in One Pencil was sold out) and the Precision Tweezers. The tweezers are good quality. The Shadow Base somehow makes the strip stand out more than if I just place eyeshadow on with no base, so I am disappointed with that as well.”

If the strips are not transparent after application, the Transforming Shadow Base, will hold on the strip, making the strip stand out more.
The assortment pack includes sizes 4mm-7mm. Sizes not included are the 3mm, and 8mm.
