“My original order was for the lids. But it was a major fail, then when I tried to return it, I was told I had to pay for return shipping plus restock fee. The offer was to order something else. Which I did, the botanical lash. Well it makes my eyes itch. Of course I’m not going to try to return it as it’s causing me more money. I find the company is deceptive in its return policy and I’ve found nothing good about their products.”

Our return policy, states that we do not cover shipping and handling, and that there will be a restocking fee.
In regards to the botanical lash serum making your eyelashes itchy, could we please have the lot # on the side of the box.
