We are sorry to hear you experienced this issue.
When removing the strips we recommend using an oil based cleanser to break that bond, so that the removal is more comfortable.
Some of our clients recommend the Dermal Blades to use before application to remove any accessive hairs, that would make removal uncomfortable.
