“I love this product, but I don't know why I never seem to receive exactly what I order (or the order is mislabeled). I ordered 3 Commando and 1 Signature Chocolate Chip. I received 3 Dunkaroo (maybe mislabled -- could have been Commando), 1 Signature Chocolate Chip and 2 "Pride" Doughs. While I appreciate getting 6 containers when I only paid for 4, I would have loved to received the four items I ordered. Note that this was a RE-ORDER after I already got the wrong products the first time. How hard is it to just give a customer exactly what they ordered? Frustrated.
Having said all that -- I love the product and I'm addicted, so I will likely purchase again until I can find a competitor on the market that tastes just as good and doesn't have a problem fulfilling online orders.”
