“I cannot comment on the quality of the product itself. However, the act of purchasing it was extremely unsatisfactory. I purchased this as a gift for a colleague, and it was very difficult to get information about when it would arrive. I ordered a card to be included with the package, but there was nowhere on the online shopping experience to actually input the text of the card, so I had to email Customer Service directly to ask them to add the text to the card manually. I was told that the order, which I placed on December 22, would be shipped on December 27. It was not shipped until January 2. Several emails to Customer Service asking for status went on answered. My most recent email, requesting a discount on future purchases or partial refund, is also unanswered.”
