“I received my box of four-they were all warm. The ice pack had popped so not only were they no longer cold but they were covered in some soert of slime. I have reached out to Do several times regarding a replacement and have not heard back from them. So now not only am I disappointed with their product (which I have enjoyed many times) I am disappointed with the customer service as well.”

“Ordered a giant happy birthday cookie and 4 cookue dough. They refunded the giant cookie and day before it was to be delivered and didn't reach out earlier. I had to scramble to get a cake last minute. In addition, the dough is only in cardboard cups with no plastic covering so they dry out immediately.”
