“The product did not ship on time as promised despite communication with customer service to ensure it would be. Wrong tracking info was provided so could not even hold for pick up at ups. Product spoiled over its four day wait to reach me. From what I could see of what was left, it was not appealing and both packaging and product had a made at home DIY vibe. For the price I had thought I was buying something professional. Even this review is dishonest as this review page does not allow you to select the ratings you want below and picks the middle rating for you when you try to pick the worst.”
