“The biggest thing that concerns me is the postage. It makes you think if you've got to spend another nine dollars over and above the product cost you think twice. Product cost is value. If somehow there could be free postage I would feel people would order more time to do a deal with freight company. That's where I feel, there is room for improvement.”
