However I have achieved a good result with skipping my normal mid day meal with cookies, so having a light cappuccino with 2 biscuits for breakfast then continuing with the cookies then having a light dinner was ok for me. I’m sticking to this and slightly adjusting it (times) using the same formula… I get a lot more sleep than suggested. I cannot do the after dinner cookie as a result. Way easier when you’re working/busy. Does ok with hunger busting but you still need will power IMHO.”
