“The cookies are nice & you obviously do loose weight from lowering you calorie intake but after a week I was craving real food. I would have been better to get a smaller amount rather than the month to try it out. I do still eat a cookie instead of breakfast & one for afternoon tea since I have so many. I felt I was still a bit hungry when I was only eating them & they didn’t take away the cravings. No way could I have only eaten them for a month. Sorry, probably not the review you wanted.”
“I’m 1month in today. I’ve lost 2.4kg and 3cm off my waist, belly & bust. I don’t have a huge amount I need to lose, about 8kg all up, so 2.4 is huge for me!
It was REALLY hard week 1; I was hungry. But that settled and I only get hungry if I’m literally doing nothing on the couch. I always walk to and from work anyway, and haven’t needed to increase my physical activity at all.
I’m also eating a much healthier meal each evening, loaded with veggies that I wasn’t getting consistently before. I work an extremely busy job as a nurse, and having energy for healthy meal prep didn’t happen that much. But now there’s less pressure and I look forward to that one meal I’ve put thought into, like a roast with broccoli, roast carrot, pumpkin & sweet potato. Mmmm.
I recon the cookies themselves taste really nice, which certainly helps to feel like a treat. I don’t have any cravings for junk or sugar. All in all a very positive surprise. I’ve got another 2 months supply ready to continue the journey.”
