“I'm writing this review because I decided to purchase my first order because of reviews. I was curious to try it and it really works. I lost 2 and a half kg on my first week. I didn't eat cookies all day because I just had a baby. I swapped breakfast and snacks with cookies and eat healthy lunch and dinner. I have been eating cookies for less than a month and I lost 5kg. I would highly recommend it. It's worth trying. My favourite is cinnamon oatmeal and butterscotch.”
“I purchased the months supply after reading the reviews- that’s why I’m writing one. I was worried that they would taste awful but the cookies are all quite nice. They don’t taste like protein bars- just sweet cookies. Cinnamon oatmeal is my favourite. This diet would work for someone who is busy at work all day. Cookies are very convenient and cheaper than buying food. I did feel that I needed more vitamins so I supplemented with strawberries and blueberries. They are not overly healthy and contain a fair bit of sugar. It’s very difficult to eat cookies every day for a long period of time. I have a few cookie days after I have had some bad days of eating and drinking. I think they are worth trying. They are good to grab as a low calorie option when you are hungry. Good luck”
