“Overall this built in combi microwave/convector oven and grill looks good and works fine. However there is no detailed instruction manual and the brief instructions provided are limited and tagged on to the installation instructions. Compared to my previous Panasonic it is complicated to programme. I don't like the fact that the turntable operates when you are using the convection oven. This means that you have to use small casseroles that will rotate without touching the sides. That makes the capacity available much less and I cannot use the larger square casserole dishes that I used with my previous combi which didn't have a turntable. Also there is no option to use a shelf as I had previously, so only one item can be placed in the oven not two. A small round rack on legs is provided for the grill but even if you could adapt this to use as a shelf it has plastic feet so cannot be used in the oven. The outside of the oven door doesn't have a handle so you have to push/pull the door to open and close it. That means that fingermarks and smudges stay on the metal and are not particularly easy to wipe away. Surely some sort of fingerprint resistant coating could have been used. Overall it seems to be a good quality and is good value as it is at the budget range of the market. So far, two weeks since installation, it is working okay but be prepared to stand in front of it with the little instruction booklet whilst you figure out how it works.”

“Good product but 4 stars because too early to judge performance & reliability. Chosen to replace a brilliant but exhausted Panasonic Combi. 3-way fight with Zanussi & Russell Hobbs all of similar spec & dimensions. Chose Cookology because great price in comparison and reviews seem good. You can rely on Plan measurements because it fitted snugly - really important as fitting into existing tower unit aperture with appliance below & cupboard above. Template needs marker for front screw position. Appearance is good and complements other ss appliances. So far so good.”
