“The Freezer came with no damage to the packing material and box, yet the white metal rear rim was bent and distorted. The performance of the item was not affected and as it was the back and not immediately visible I decided not to complain and return. However this does suggest very bad quality control at the manufacturing site. Hence the rating on the device. As far as the seller is concerned there is no complaint . the item was delivered very fast and communication was good.”

“The freezer appears to be working nicely and the door seal fits well. I tried to reverse the door as advertised, however the screw holes on the opposite side have not been drilled and aligned properly, and the screw holes on the current side are not finished neatly so I wasn't able to do this which is disappointing.”
