“Did not like these. The sage tasted mouldy. Good well fed pigs such as these do need sage to cover up 'pigsty taste'. Use of cinnamon was unexpected, particularly as I have any allergy to it! Perhaps using different herbs would be better - how about sechuan pepper that goes great with pork. More ginger works well too”
