These were very good, they have a sweet taste because of the apples. Good if you like sweet tasting pork.

Very very salty - I got 4 packs of these which is going in the bin as I couldn’t even finish the first sausage

These are delicious but are very salty and we definitely cannot taste the apple in them. However, we will be purchasing more sausages, but will try other flavours.

Did not like these. The sage tasted mouldy. Good well fed pigs such as these do need sage to cover up 'pigsty taste'. Use of cinnamon was unexpected, particularly as I have any allergy to it! Perhaps using different herbs would be better - how about sechuan pepper that goes great with pork. More ginger works well too
