Ive cooked this a few ways but our favourite method, after rinsing, was cooking in the pressure cooker for about an hour or two; cook in the oven for 20 minutes and you have lovely succulent chunks of ham. Makes a lovely ham, mustard, ghurkin and salad sandwich or wrap. Keeps in the fridge in an airtight container.

The best piece of gammon I have ever cooked - tender - full of flavour & the star of our Sunday roast!

It was very tasty meat, but I think my mistake was cooking it in a pressure cooker. I normally cook gammon in a slow cooker but thought I'd do this one differently . The pressure cooker produced a much tougher end result. This made excellent meat for slicing cold but not as tender as I like
