Absolutely gorgeous, best ham we've ever had. Followed the cooking method on the website but glazed it with mustard and honey.

Beautifully tender and tasted absolutely superb. I simmered it with celery, bay leaf, leek, carrot, black peppercorns and sechuan.

Excellent produce (unsmoked 2kg gammon), have bought before and will buy again :-)

Tasted great - I would have liked more fat (deeper) and the shape was a bit tricky to glaze

This is the first time I have written to an online food delivery company to complain but I have to say that the Organic Gammon Joint which we cooked recently (following a recipe I have used numerous times before very successfully for other Organic Gammon Joints from other suppliers) was so poor it was pretty much inedible and indeed we threw it all away. I almost feel that we were delivered the wrong type of joint or that the meat had not been treated properly. It was tasteless and a very strange grey/off pink colour. I regret having to write in such terms, but it was so bad that I was grateful that we had not served it to a larger family group on Boxing Day (which was our original intention) as it simply would not have been acceptable.

Perfect for our Christmas Dinner. Tasted very like 'regular' gammon.

Really good flavoured meat. I used last of it with remaining bits to make a delicious pie so nothing got wasted.
