“Delicious chicken. It came with giblets, which I put in with the bones&veg to make a rich chicken stock and used the liver to make my first pate, using some home-made blackberry kir. Very easy!”

“The flavour and texture is good but what puts it above other chickens I have eaten is that the juices from the meat make an excellent gravy which needs no added stock.”
