“The chicken itself was very good quality, taste and texture and good value for money. I will continue to purchase from you. What prevented me from giving 5 stars was the PACKAGING....so much plastic!! I do recognise that it is this that helps keep the cost down, but what cost the planet? The gel packs may be a necessary evil, although I'm sure there are alternatives... But the tray and plastic wrapping round each individual chicken is surely unnecessary, there are so many non-plastic/green options these days...even butchers paper would be better.... I would appreciate it if the company would try to find another way to package...cellulose based? for example.....and perhaps offer customers the option.....?”
