“I was a bit daunted by making bone broth but it was easy. Because the bones were frozen, there was no smell to offend me (I'm eating bone broth for my health's sake but was vegetarian for most of my life, so am particularly sensitive to the smell of meat). I put bay leaves in with the broth and a tablespoon of vinegar and some vegetables in the last half hour or so .. I just googled for recipes on how to do it...it's easy...and I let it cook for about thirty hours in a slow cooker.
