It's great to find a good supplier of grass fed beef bones. The bones have plenty of bits of meat on them, and I slow cooked them with some chicken wings, Kombu seaweed, carrots and celery and lots of spices, for about 3 days. The stock tastes, looks and smells wonderful and has also yielded a nice layer of usable fat on the surface. Don't throw the fat away, it contains concentrated amounts of minerals and vitamins and is very good for you.

The bones are a bit too big, unfortunately, so was difficult to cook in my crock pot & had to cook in a massive pot over the stove. Apart from that fact, I was very happy with them.

Good bones. Stock was lovely made my soup taste great. Best I've found so far but it would be good if the bones were a little smaller. Sometimes I have to cut them to fit into my pressure cooker.

I am a first time buyer and I was immediately impressed with the amount and size of bones in the pack. I have not used any yet, but looking forward to making my first bone broth. Highly recommend buying!

Good chunky bones with a surprising amount of meat on them. Roasted and then given 48 hours in a slow cooker -- wonderful broth. Maybe a bit expensive for "just bones" but at least they are good for the conscience as well as the taste buds.

Made a batch of bone broth. Very tasty. Full of gelatin and collagen. Thick jelly after a day in the fridge, just how it should be!
