“This is the most delicious bacon I’ve ever eaten in this country. It reminds me of bacon I had in the USA 20 years ago. Fairly thickly sliced, holds its structure when cooked (so obvs. It pumped full of water) and amazing flavour. Don’t change anything, please. Now all we need is some equally tasty Organic smoked Cumberland sausages.”
