“An excellent return on my Yeokens! Thank you! The box was perfectly packed with the meat ready to transfer to the freezer. We’ve only eaten the steak so far, and the comment from my partner was very complimentary, describing it as the best steak he’s eaten for a long time! The joint of lamb will be cooked on my birthday, Valentine’s Day, next week. I’m looking forward to it infused with Rosemary and garlic, accompanied with my homemade Redcurrant jelly!”
