“This earring is gorgeous but the “stem” or whatever you want to call it was too short to go through my cartilage. It needs to be made longer or at least have an option to exchange or a longer stem for those that may have thicker cartilage. Super sad it didn’t work out.”
Hey Jessi!
Flat back earrings go in a little different than regular earrings. The back post goes in first behind your ear and then the short front pin goes in. You could be applying it that way but I wanted to share just in case!
We do have longer back posts for sale on our site to help adjust for different ear anatomy! You can find them here: https://cordsclub.com/products/8-mm-flat-back-earring-back
Thanks for the review!

“I’ve been looking for something sparkly and classy to wear in my conch piercing. This fits perfectly in the curve of my ear. It is bigger than I thought it would be but I love the look in my conch. It’s comfortable and I’ve gotten tons of compliments.”
“Super cute. A little bit bigger than what I thought it was going to be, but it looks really nice in my conch as well as in my first lobe piercing. Nice and comfy and fits perfectly fine in 14 gauge. I have yet to try it in any other cartilage piercings or lobe piercings.”
