“This earring is gorgeous but the “stem” or whatever you want to call it was too short to go through my cartilage. It needs to be made longer or at least have an option to exchange or a longer stem for those that may have thicker cartilage. Super sad it didn’t work out.”

Flat back earrings go in a little different than regular earrings. The back post goes in first behind your ear and then the short front pin goes in. You could be applying it that way but I wanted to share just in case!
