“LOVED this earring choice, it is the cutest thing. However, upon opening the earring to put on, I could not separate the earring from the back. It was stuck together and it broke in half before I even had the chance to wear it. I reached out to customer service and they graciously sent a replacement. However, upon receiving the replacement the exact same thing happened. I thinking the design is just hard to make because they are too fragile. This would be an awesome earring it was an 16g. So just beware of how delicate they are!”
