Moon Flat Back Stud Gold Reviews

4.7 Rating 50 Reviews
I got two earrings to wear every day in my first lobe piercings and I have not taken them out since I put them in 2 weeks ago and they have not gotten itchy or anything. They also feel very secure. I wish they were a little bigger as the shape of this and the star stud is hard to make out. This normally isnt a problem for me as I have pretty small ears but at least theyre not too big like many other earrings. I think if I move them to cartilage they will look more balanced.

This is quite small, but cute. As advertised it says you can leave them in, apparently not since my ears got infected after a few days of wearing them. I don't know it was because the bar was too short and the piercing did have space to breath or because I got the gold and not pure titanium but they are still healing and irritated after taking them out a few days ago.

Hi Haley, I am so sorry to hear about the reaction that you had from this flat back stud! While the 18k gold PVD plating is a great feature, it doesn't work best for everyone. This, combined with the review that you left on the other earring styles, makes me wonder what specific metal allergies you might have. Have you gotten metal tested before? While titanium is considered the most hypoallergenic metal for earrings, there is a small portion of the population who is allergic to it, unfortunately. This is one possibility about what might have happened. 🤗 It could be related to the length of the post. We include a standard 6mm-long post with our flat back studs, but each person's anatomy is so different. If you feel like they were pretty tight, even indenting into your skin quite a bit, then this is a good sign that you might need an 8mm or 10mm post. There's also a possibility that, if you touched the stud part without washing your hands first (most people don't wash their hands first, so no worries if this is the case!), something could have transferred to the metal from your hands. We'd love to help further! Please reach out to our Customer Service hello@cordsclub.com or chat via the little icon at the bottom of our website. -Kellie with Cords Club

So so cute!! This earring is small enough that it leaves space for my other piercings. It’s big enough to see but not overwhelming in my ears. I appreciate the smaller size of their earrings. I think it looks classier and cleaner. Quality is amazing and these are the first earrings that don’t irritate my piercingly .

I love that you don't have to worry about them falling out, but trying to change them is a little trying. Love the products over all though.
