Hey Lindsay! I’m really sorry to hear you lost one of your earrings at work! Our flat back studs are push pin style flat backs, meaning they don't screw in like other styles of flat backs. They are held together through something called a tension bond which involves the front pin bending to create enough friction in the post to stay together.
