It looks like you actually only added 1 Zirconia Daisy Flat Back Stud to your order, and our Flat Backs are sold individually. I can definitely understand why you'd be confused to receive one stud when you thought you were purchasing a pair! What a disappointing feeling!
Our item descriptions for the flat back studs do explain in multiple places that the studs are sold individually and not in pairs. We've worked to make this as clear as possible, and I'm sorry that our efforts didn't meet the mark for you! Here are some of the ways we share that our flat backs are sold individually:
- We name each Flat Back Stud "Zirconia Daisy Flat Back Stud," singular, on the product page
- We use bold text in the earring's description to highlight that the listing is for a "single stud,"
- We show only of each stud in the main product photos on each flat back listing page, etc..
I apologize again for the confusion! While we do our very best to clearly communicate that our flat backs are sold individually and not in pairs, I'd love to know if you have any feedback from your experience about how we could better communicate that information.
