I'm so glad that you're loving your Essential Hoops, besides the issue that you mentioned! One thing that helps me when mine aren't clicking just right (if this is the same thing that you're encountering):
To adjust where the post clicks into the hoop:
First, push the post downward or upward a tiny bit. Then, test and see if the latch is any looser/tighter. Repeat this a couple of times as needed until the latch fits securely. It's a bit of trial and error, but it's a quick fix!
