“I think the product is very good. Good quality, very good service and speedy. I received several compliments of it.
HOWEVER, I should have waited and ordered from another place. Other places have custom bags that are nice travel bags that would prevent them from getting scratched and they have lights. I am disappointed that I didn't have those options.”
“Our boards looked great and the staff was very easy to work with to communicate our designs to them. only suggestion i have is to round the edges of the boards just enough to ensure the bags don't get torn. this didn't happen to us, but i can see where it could.”
“Within the first month we had them, they got wet for a short amount of time (approx 45 min-1 hr) was immediately dried off and put away. But the front got raised and buckled. When I called the company said they would not do anything bc they had gotten wet. But it’s a backyard game! Any game meant to be played outside should be able to withstand a short rain. This was so disappointing bc I had planned on ordering more as company gifts. If they had stood by their product - I’d have ordered more still.”
