“I love this so much I came back and bought another. You can use the white pencil with other eyeliners, too, btw and it does the same thing! For example, I use it with a purple eyeliner. Who needs powder eyeshadow? Not me!”

“Really cool! The dark side goes on looking almost black, and when you go over it with the white, it turns like magic into blue! So depending where and how you apply the white, you get a beautiful gradient of dark to light blue. Goes on smooth. Also pretty water resistant despite not advertised as such. I did not look like a panda after swimming. Really beautiful product!”
