“This is a review of the conditioner. The shampoo is above. The Sunflower & Citrus conditioner provides good moisture without weighting your hair down. it is a perfect accompaniment to the Brilliant Shine shampoo. They do make your hair color pop. I also like the light lemony scent which does not clash with perfume.”
