“Purchased at the beginning of the year. This product alone has greatly helped with my acne prone skin. I have not (honestly) received a single pimple since I began using. The exfoliating brush has also helped with reducing scaring drastically.”

“I placed an order for the Ultimate Skin Spa System and I received the Purespin instead. I called to inform Vanity Planet of the error and was told that the Skin Spa would be shipped within two weeks. I still have not received it.”

“I originally ordered a different unit but apparently, it was out of stock so they sent me the Pure Spin. (Without any notice.) Firstly, I should say I have very sensitive skin. The machine feels very good in hand. It doesn't feel cheap and the bristles were soft. This machine does deep cleanse the skin, but if you have sensitive skin like me, this probably isn't the best for every day use. It left me dry and irritated after 4 days of consistent use. I will probably use this for once a week exfoliation if anything. I probably won't be buying another unit especially considering my negative customer service experience.”

“I recently bought the Ultimate Skin Spa System... or so I thought. Instead, I received the Pure Spin (a pointless little tool that doesn't work well). I was furious. I called Vanity Planet, and I was told that I would be recieving a refund (at least that's what I was told...still waiting). So, I'll see if that ever comes.”
