“The product itself i like, so far so good. Although, a few days ago it started making a squeaking noise whenever it is on so now so i dont know whats up with that. But more importantly was shipping. I ordered on the day before black friday, so i understood shipping would be wacky but not that long. I never received a confirmation email or anything and i kept wondering if i actually confirmed my order but it went through on my bank account. So i waited, still no email. I then called and asked them why i hadnt received a confirmation email and was told that they ran out of stock and had to get in new stock then i would get an email with my receipt and shipping information. I found it to be extremely impolite on their part because they could have at least let customers know in a general email. So then i had to wait another few day its like two weeks after my order by now. I finally get the confirmation and my tracking information estimated a whole nother week. Which was just frustrating after waiting all that time, and never hearing from them that it would take another extra week to come in. So i didnt actually receive it until like the third week of december. Smh, not cool.”

“I absolutely love this !!! The fact that there are the 3 different bristles as well is even more better for variety. I personally like the silicone brush as my favourite as it feels really nice and does an amazing job of cleaning.”
